Justice Of Law Vs Human Rights

When it comes to the law judgement, it is crystal clear that Gopal is the culprit that should be taken action over his criminal acts - grand theft auto and gangsterism activities which are ill to the society. But it became an issue when his death in jail have been the headlines for some period. It is said that his case should be closed due to the family request over some humanity reasons.

Gopal, 22, has been arrested in Subang Jaya for committing crimes such as stealing luxury cars, gang rape, and other crimes that is no law could save, has died after five days in jail has become a controversy to some related community in 2009 when it is said that he was beaten by police in the jail for questioning.

It is an undeniable fact that it is a procedure to some authority to get the criminal to cope with the police in information giving. But, in my opinion, it is inhumane for the authority to really release their anger or I would said taking advantage in acts of violence for the reason that Gopal is a criminal. It's hard for someone's life to be taken away unless he or she really get tortured without mercy. Come to think of it, if Gopal is your family member's (one of the police family members) I don't think this kind of case would happened because of some humanity by the family members. Racial hatred I would said?

I'm not saying that all policemen will prevail in brutality when brains failed. But it is a common sense for human to keep it moderately and take some legal actions over some criminal acts because this event only makes the policemen no different with Gopal's gang. Only that they have the reason to enforce the law. But this is just not the way. Because the previous criminal don't face this kind of treatment but just let the judge to decide. It is a man made law anyway, error can't be avoid. So, as the conclusions, it is a death-case and I hope this kind of case won't happen again or else the society will lost their trust in the authority for they can't think of any proper way to handle the criminal but to act likewise.  

Freedom On Internet

The internet is very important in to us nowadays to find any information, log on to social media , to get updates of the latest trends and news and many more . If there is no internet , it would be very hard for us to complete any task given. As an individual , regardless if you are a child, teen or adult , we always use the internet wherever we are. Maybe it's because the internet is simple , fun and fast , thus we sometimes easily " controlled " by him until we forget about the real world for a while.

   If compared to the influence of traditional media like newspaper, the new media of course, have more powerful impact and with the emergence of web sites such as YouTube, it could attract more people to use the internet , especially the youths . Social sites such as Facebook , Twitter and Instagram is a trendy among people nowadays and became very influential. 

     It is a bad thing if the internet was used to abuse . Freedom of expression is  important and should be a medium for us to express dissatisfaction about certain issues. However, when we expressed an opinion of certain sensitive issue that revolves around races, religions or political ideology , we should know that we are not living in this country with only one race. We are people of other ethnic , minority faiths so we can not blindly point out opinions. Some people , they believe anything they read or seen on the internet. So , when we make a statement  of the political party, the religion, or race, we must know the impacts and the consequences that might affects others and our reputations. But, internet also, from another perspective, can make our works easier, and to connect families and friends from around the world and provide us informations faster.

    Perhaps here , people will question where the freedom of speech , but we need to know the limit . We live in Malaysia , a country of democracy, and multiracial. Instead of pointing out statements blatantly,  we should care about what we post about to keep the harmony among us . As long as we know our limits , we are free to say anything. In the end , it depends on how we apply the Internet in our daily lives . Whether good or bad, it's our own decisions , so use the internet wisely.

Dangerous Stance Of Internet Materials

             Internet, is also known as “The World Without Borders”, a place where you can explore the world at your fingertips, also to get connect with the users across the world in seconds. File sharing, too, has become so much easier without the needs of using any other devices to transfer files when wireless networks are almost everywhere nowadays, but too much good things may cause to a bad result.
 
           Users may upload or download any kind of files on the internet regardless the content of the files. These may lead to the existence of the pornography, violence, and mind-abusive related websites that can always be access by all ages which are not suitable for child viewing.
         
            On the internet, people also do online business but not all of them is a businessman. Some of the are the conman who may scam your money through their creative advertisements on social media for instance. The promotions looks so convincing that you are willing to bank in your money to their account without any hesitations and the items you order were never came. Who are to blame when you sometimes are willing to provide your personal details to a stranger for something in exchange? But what you get in exchange is a blackmail in your email.
         
            While humiliations, defamations, libel and slander are seems to be uncontrolled over the internet especially on the social media networks like Twitter, Facebook, and such where you get the space where you can post anything in order to harm someone or to put them in shame in the public.

            People believes that internet is a new world of freedom to express thoughts and feels, and also to look for knowledge. Remember, knowledge is a powerful weapon, use them wisely because you will never know the internet abilities.
